These Terms of Use govern access to and use of websites, online materials, forms, educational resources, and other digital content operated by Choice Point Coaching LLC (“Choice Point,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms.
Enrollment in paid coaching is governed by a separate Client Coaching Services Agreement and any applicable order form or payment agreement.
1. Educational and Coaching Information Only
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
It is not psychotherapy, medical advice, psychiatric care, legal advice, emergency care, or a substitute for individualized services from an appropriately licensed professional.
No website article, video, worksheet, social-media post, email, webinar, quiz, application, or other content creates a therapist-patient, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
2. Emergency Disclaimer
Do not use this website, inquiry forms, applications, email, text messaging, or coaching channels for an emergency.
If you or another person may be in immediate danger or requires urgent medical or psychiatric attention, call 911 or 988, contact the person’s licensed treatment provider or crisis team, or go to the nearest emergency department.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Choice Point provides coaching and educational support. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, participation, implementation, family context, and factors outside our control.
Examples of progress, testimonials, case examples, frameworks, and educational content are not promises that any particular family will experience the same result.
Choice Point does not guarantee school attendance, elimination or reduction of anxiety, Teen participation, prevention of hospitalization or a higher level of care, or any particular clinical, medical, educational, financial, behavioral, or family outcome.
4. Eligibility and Minors
Adults may use the website for themselves or to explore services for a child.
Paid services involving a minor generally require parent or legal-guardian involvement and authorization.
Public inquiry and application forms are intended to be completed by adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information directly through our website unless we have established an appropriate parental-consent process for that specific activity.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Choice Point owns or licenses the website content, coaching frameworks, trademarks, graphics, worksheets, videos, courses, downloads, and other materials.
Users may view and use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Without written permission, users may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, scrape, systematically download, distribute, modify for commercial use, create competing training materials from, or use Choice Point content to train a competing product or service.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
interfere with website security or operation;
attempt unauthorized access;
submit false, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful content;
impersonate another person;
use automated tools to extract content at scale without permission; or
use the site in violation of law.
7. Applications and User Submissions
When you voluntarily submit an inquiry, application, message, testimonial, or other content, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
Submitting an application or booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a program and does not, by itself, create a coaching relationship.
8. Testimonials and Case Examples
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and may not reflect the experience a typical family should expect.
Choice Point does not represent that a testimonial is a typical result unless we expressly say so and have a reasonable basis for that statement.
Any material connection, incentive, or other disclosure required by law will be disclosed where applicable.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party platforms for scheduling, forms, payment, video, community, social media, analytics, advertising, or other functions.
Choice Point is not responsible for independent third-party websites or their terms, content, availability, or privacy practices.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Choice Point Privacy Policy.
Where a paid coaching relationship exists, additional privacy, confidentiality, recording, and technology terms may appear in the Client Coaching Services Agreement.
11. Website Availability and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and general educational content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Choice Point does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or appropriate for every user or situation.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choice Point will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising solely from use of or reliance on general website content.
Any limitations applicable to paid coaching services are governed by the Client Coaching Services Agreement and applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, except where mandatory law of another jurisdiction applies.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our website, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the current version on our website.
