This is the level of support families choose when life is no longer manageable and they don’t want to keep trying things that almost work.

Our Programs

Intensive support when life isn’t working

Families don’t come to Choice Point Coaching because things are “a little hard.”

They come when:

  • School has stopped working

  • Anxiety and avoidance are running the household

  • Parents are exhausted and holding everything together

  • Therapy alone hasn’t translated into daily functioning

That’s why our work is designed around depth, consistency, and whole-system support- not just sessions.

Our Primary Program

Comprehensive System Support

This is the level of support most families need — and the one we primarily offer.

This program is designed for families whose lives are being actively disrupted by anxiety and avoidance.

Instead of managing everything alone, families receive:

  • Weekly coaching for the teen focused on distress tolerance, engagement, and daily functioning

  • Weekly parent coaching to reduce power struggles, shift dynamics, and relieve the mental load

  • Between-session support so challenges are addressed in real time, not a week later

  • School collaboration to align expectations and reduce daily friction

  • Coordination with therapists or other providers so everyone is working toward the same goals

    The goal isn’t symptom management.

The goal is that life starts working again.

What families begin to notice

“Mornings aren’t calm yet, but they’re no longer explosive.”

“Our child is doing things they weren’t doing before, even when it’s uncomfortable.”

“We’re responding differently, and the power struggles aren’t constant.”

“School attendance is improving step by step.”

“We finally feel like someone is carrying this with us.”

Progress isn’t linear, but it is felt.

Who this program is for

This level of support is a strong fit if:

  • Your child is already missing school or at high risk of stopping

  • Anxiety or avoidance dictates family routines

  • Parents are working harder than the child

  • You’ve tried therapy or programs and still feel stuck

  • You want coordinated, hands-on support- not more advice

If you’re looking for light guidance or quick fixes, this isn’t the right fit.

Additional Support Options (Limited Availability)

Some families begin with, or transition to, lighter levels of support once stability improves.

  1. Targeted Coaching Support:

For families who are functioning more consistently but still need guidance and accountability.

2. Maintenance Support

For families maintaining progress and wanting periodic check-ins.

These options are discussed only after a consult to ensure the level of support matches what your family actually needs.

What matters most

Families don’t choose this work because it’s easy.

They choose it because:

  • Staying stuck costs more

  • Life has become too small

  • And they want real change, not another attempt

This work is high-touch, intentional, and limited-capacity so that it actually works.

The consult is a chance to talk through what’s happening, what you’ve tried, and whether this level of support makes sense. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you.
