Flexible support for every family’s next step.

Each family’s transition looks different. That’s why we offer flexible levels of support, all focused on helping your child apply what they’ve learned in treatment and move toward independence with confidence.

Transition doesn’t have to mean starting over

When formal treatment ends, families often ask, “Now what?”

Choice Point Coaching bridges that gap with structured, skills-based support that helps kids and families stay steady once therapy or an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) has ended.

Our approach combines evidence-informed coaching with practical, day-to-day guidance—so progress isn’t just maintained, it’s strengthened and generalized across all aspects of life.

What Is AChoice Point?

In Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a Choice Point is the moment you decide whether to move toward what matters, or away from it.

These moments happen constantly for kids and families in recovery, choosing courage over avoidance, flexibility over rigidity, connection over withdrawal.

At Choice Point Coaching, we help families navigate those moments with confidence. Our coaching gives children the structure, support, and real-life practice to make values-based choices — every day, in every setting.

“Every day presents a choice point — we help kids learn to choose courage over comfort.”

About the Founder

Sheree Emmons, M.Ed
Founder & Head Coach

Choice Point Coaching LLC was founded by Sheree, a leader who built and scaled coaching operations for a nationally recognized pediatric anxiety and OCD clinic, serving thousands of children and families across several states.

Through that experience, Sheree saw how much families benefit from structured, ongoing support once treatment ends. Choice Point Coaching was created to fill that gap, helping kids and parents stay connected to their goals, maintain progress, and move confidently toward independence.

Sheree’s approach blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles, exposure-based skills, and family-centered support, helping each child continue to grow, practice, and apply what they’ve learned in treatment.

“We meet families at the moment they need continuity the most, when treatment ends but real life begins.”
