Choice Point Coaching LLC (“Choice Point,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides coaching and educational services for individuals and families. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information through our website, applications, forms, coaching services, communications, and related business operations.
1. Information We May Collect
We may collect:
Contact information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, and related account information.
Parent, guardian, and participant information, including age or date-of-birth information when needed to determine eligibility or obtain appropriate consent.
Coaching and intake information, such as goals, challenges, family context, school information, progress information, messages, worksheets, and information clients voluntarily provide about emotional, behavioral, educational, or health-related concerns.
Payment and transaction information. Payment-card information may be processed by third-party payment providers rather than stored directly by Choice Point.
Appointment and communication information, including emails, texts, call logs, scheduling data, and messages.
Session content, which may include recordings, transcripts, summaries, or automated notes when notice and appropriate consent have been obtained.
Website and device information, such as IP address, browser or device details, pages viewed, referral source, cookies, analytics identifiers, and advertising interactions.
Information from schools, providers, parents, guardians, or other third parties when the client authorizes the exchange or another lawful basis applies.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
provide, personalize, and administer coaching services;
communicate with clients, parents, guardians, schools, and authorized providers;
schedule sessions and manage accounts;
process payments and maintain business records;
create coaching plans, summaries, progress tracking, and educational materials;
operate community, messaging, and support features;
improve services, quality, security, and business operations;
send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications;
measure website and advertising performance;
prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, and legal violations; and
comply with law and protect rights and safety.
3. Children and Minors
Choice Point’s services may involve minors, but enrollment in coaching is ordinarily initiated and authorized by a parent or legal guardian.
Our public application and inquiry forms are intended to be completed by adults. Children under 13 should not submit personal information directly through our website unless we have established an appropriate parental-consent process for that specific activity.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected online in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to obtain any required parental consent or delete the information.
Parents or guardians may contact us regarding information associated with their child, subject to applicable law, program structure, safety considerations, and identity verification.
4. Recordings, Transcripts, and AI-Assisted Documentation
Choice Point may use Google Meet, Delenta, and other approved technology to record sessions, generate transcripts, or assist with summaries and coaching documentation.
Choice Point will not knowingly record or transcribe a session without notifying participants and obtaining the prior consent required by applicable law. A participant may ask that recording or transcription not begin or be stopped. When recording or transcription is not authorized, Choice Point may continue using manual documentation.
Automated transcripts and summaries may contain errors and are reasonably reviewed when used in providing services. Choice Point does not intentionally use identifiable session content to train a publicly available artificial-intelligence model.
Recordings, transcripts, summaries, and coaching notes may contain sensitive personal information and are handled under our security and retention practices.
5. How We May Share Information
We may share information with:
service providers that support hosting, email, CRM, scheduling, video meetings, forms, payments, community, messaging, analytics, advertising, file storage, transcription, and business operations;
schools, therapists, physicians, treatment programs, consultants, or other providers when authorized by the client or parent/guardian;
professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security; and
a successor or transaction counterparty in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers for money. Certain advertising or analytics technologies may be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under laws that apply to a particular user. Where required, we will provide applicable notices and choices.
6. Health-Related Information
Clients and prospective clients may choose to provide sensitive or health-related information in the course of applying for or participating in coaching.
Choice Point is a coaching business. This Privacy Policy does not state or imply that Choice Point is a HIPAA-covered health-care provider. Other privacy, consumer-protection, data-security, or breach-notification laws may still apply depending on the information and technology involved.
7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, understand usage, measure campaigns, and support advertising.
Users can manage certain choices through browser settings and any consent tools we make available.

Different categories of information may have different retention periods. Raw recordings and automated transcripts may be retained for shorter periods than final coaching records.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure.
Access is limited based on business need, and we use reasonable authentication, access-control, vendor, and security practices appropriate to the information we maintain.
10. Your Choices and Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action regarding personal information.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may retain information when legally permitted or required.
Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from using the link in the message. Service-related communications may still be sent where necessary to administer an active relationship.
